“ Classic... Mission institution for years. You cannot go wrong with the El Pastor. The Ceviche was good. Decor is not much. Parking could be an issue with Mission. Bring cash as machines tend to not work... ”
“ Best carnitas taco!! The service was super fast and the order came with free chips and salsa! ”
“ Food is solid in flavor, but what stood out to me is the size of their super burritos. Definitely the biggest I've had in the area and for the price it's a great deal. ”
“ the vegetarian burrito was the first meal i had in SF when i moved here 12+ years ago, and it totally blew me away at the time. i had it again today and it was not as good as i remember, though still one of the better ones in SF. they gave us a laughably small amount of chips and salsa for free but we were able to get more salsa by asking. the green one was especially tasty. the veggie burrito was huge though not too dense. the freshly sliced avocado (not guac) was a nice surprise! my main complaint was the sheer amount of pinto beans which were relatively flavorless compared to the rest of the burrito. i wish they offered refried beans instead. you can ask for the burritos dorado style (lightly grilled so the tortilla has some crispy spots). it was almost empty at 6pm on a friday so lots of places to sit and hang out. they have a bathroom in the back but the sink was broken. ”
“ Found this hole in the wall for lunch- ordered at the counter. I chose the carne asada regular burrito, which is rice, beans, meat, and pico de gallo. You get a small basket of chips and two kinds of salsa. I also got a mandarin orange Jarritos. Burrito came out a few minutes later and you go to the counter to get it. Nice size, hot, and was chock full of moist and flavorful carne. It was a really good burrito. The chips were not fresh fried restaurant-style but decent. Salsas were good. Other than a bum coming in and panhandling, it was a good lunch. ”
“ Had a chance to try this nice Mexican joint in the Mission area with some friends and enjoyed my experience. This is a pretty traditional joint with decent food with good portions and quick service. For food I tried: * Chicken asado super taco: this was delicious and absolutely my favorite. All the flavors came well together and the chicken was very well seasoned * Carne asada taco: this was pretty yummy but the meat was a little dry for my liking. *AL Pastor taco: this was really yummy and I felt the meat was seasoned super well. This meat was definitely my favorite! Overall, enjoyed my experience here for a quick bite. ”
“ Finally made it to this place for some burrito. Located in the Mission district in San Francisco. You can find some street parking just make sure not to leave anything valueble in your car. Restaurant has seating inside and when we got there on a Friday night it was not too busy. You go in line and place your order. They take debit/credit card for payment. We ordered a few things to try. We got super carne asada burrito, asada mojado burrito, lengua tacos,al pastor tacos and super quesadilla with grilled chicken. They do give you chips and salsa with your meal. Loved everything we would say the buritto was our fave and also the quesadilla. We'll probably skip the mojado style burrito next time. This is a place we will for sure be coming back too. ”
“ Stopped in for a late lunch. Ordered a super burrito and a super quesadilla for two of us to share. We were the only ones in so food came up super fast. For the quesadilla we went with the carne asada and al pastor for the burrito. The al pastor was the winner of the two meats. It was flavorful and juicy, while the carne asada was a little on the chewier/dry side. Portions were pretty massive, we were starving and still went home with about half of the quesadilla left. Parking in the area can be pretty hard, we found a spot on the street around the corner and down a couple blocks. ”
